Purslane Seeds, Green

(Portulaca oleracea) Hardy annual. Grows up to 45cm. It has small yellow flowers that open in the summer sun and close in the shade. It has thick succulent stems and leaves which taste delicious. High in Omega 3 fatty acids. Sow in propagator in early spring and keep at 20 degrees C. Seeds can also be sown in final position in late summer. Purslane prefers a well drained soil in a sunny position.
