(Carum carvi) Caraway is a biennial. The plant has feathery leaves and umble shaped flowers. Sow seeds in early autumn or in early spring under protection. If sowing in pots, plant out as soon as possible in fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny position. Caraway does not like being moved.
